We are a customer-centric, fast-paced, and data-driven firm, and our goal is to provide the best service possible to our fantastic clients! We need someone local who can perform clerical duties in-office to facilitate the work of remote staff members.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.
Experience with taxes, accounting, and/or payroll is a plus but not required.
Positive attitude and desire to learn is a must! Duties may include (but are not limited to) Scanning tax documents Entering data into tax software Responding to phone calls & emails professionally Assisting with tax drop offs & pickups Providing administrative support to remote staff members Preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
We use the following software, so experience with any is also a plus.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Adobe Acrobat ClickUp QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) SurePrep UltraTax Payroll Relief This job is part-time at 20 hours per week (must be able to work either 4 or 5 days per week).
No weekends.
Pay is $16-$18/hr depending on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
